Abstract

The research aims to identify The Effect Of Ballistic Training On Improving Explosive Power and Some Biomechanical Variables for Forehand Topspin for Table Tennis Juniors, and the researcher used the experimental method using one experimental group where the research sample was chosen by the deliberate method of table tennis juniors under 15 years old, as it was The total number of the research study sample is (7) of junior table tennis in the (Ashab Aljiad / Smouha) clubs under 15 years old, and the researcher applied the training program for a period of (8) weeks connected to the rate of (3) training units per week, The most important results were that the training program had a better effect on improving the explosive ability of the legs and arms of the research sample at rates that ranged between the improvement rate (10.85% to 43.88%), and some biomechanical variables related to the skill in question in the research sample at rates ranging between the rate of improvement (8.67% to 30.04%). %) And improving the effectiveness of the skill of Forehand Topspin of the research sample by (42.19%).
