Mindfulness and its relation to Practical Test Anxiety , Routine level performance for students of Rythmic Exercise specialization

Abstract

Exams considered a fundamental methods in evaluating educational processes . as the exams get closer the students face anxiety and tension state that affects attainment level , students may suffer from concentration deficiency and decrease in self confidence, in addition to fear from not achieving expected results that verify satisfaction and positive self esteem .
This research was implemented on (13) students of rhythmic exercise specialization from faculty of physical education for girls –cairo .The researcher used Mindfulness scale ( prepared by the researcher ) , Practical Anxiety test scale (prepared by Saad Abbass Elgenabi ) , in addition to assessment of routine performance level for rope and ball .The results shows inverse correlations between mindfulness and practical anxiety test level , inverse correlation between practical anxiety test level and technical routine level (Rope – Ball ) , direct correlation between mindfulness and technical performance level for Rope – Ball .The researcher recommended to implement researches to recognize effect of mindfulness on technical level for other rhythmic exercise tools ( Clubs – Ribbon –Hoop )
