The effect of motor expression on some physiological and psychological variables as indicators of health quality for females (20-30) years old

Abstract

The researcher conducted the study with the aim of answering the effect of motor expression on some physiological variables (blood fat, body composition, metabolism during rest) and psychological (body image, self-esteem) as indicators of health quality in females from (20:30) years, The researcher used the experimental method by designing the pre and post measurement on two equivalent groups, one control and the other experimental, The sample included (33) participants, and (5) participants were excluded, so that the sample was (28) joint, and they were divided into two groups, The experiment was applied to the research sample for a period of 8 weeks, at three units per week, unit time (60) minutes, and after applying the training program for expressive sentences, The most important results resulted in that the suggested motor sentences positively affected blood lipid variables(LDL, HDL, TG, TC), It also led to a decrease in body fat percentage (BF%), It did not significantly affect (RMR, FFM, TBW, BMI, FM), It also improved body image and self-esteem, The study emphasized that the benefit of using expressive expressions in training varies from person to person
