This research aims to identify the maximum isokinetic torque of shoulder muscle strength as a basis for developing training programs for discus players. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method for its suitability to the nature of this research on 4 players under 20 years old who are registered in the Egyptian Athletics Federation for the Discus Throwing Competition The statistical treatments were used, the arithmetic mean - standard deviation - flatulence - skew coefficient% The most important conclusions: 1- The interval between the maximum torque of the force of contraction and the maximum torque of the force of extension leads to an increase in the athletic performance of the player. 2- When the momentum of force rises to the force of extraversion, it affects the athlete's level positively. 3- The decrease in the moment of the force of contraction and the moments of the force of extension, it negatively affects the progression of the athlete's level. 4- Isokinetic evaluation gives indications of maximum torque for systolic and diastolic strength and maximum percentage of contractility and diastole, as well as indicators of muscle strength balance of shoulder muscles for throwing the disc players research sample.
