There are many tools and devices and every one of them has its own effect and impact that increase motivation and renew training process , develop physical preparation methods and increase effectiveness of physiological capabilities .The researcher designs modern exercise training program for rhythmic gymnastics junior to recognize its effect on some physical abilities( Coordination –coordination between hand and eye – Agility –static balance-Dynamic Balance-Leg Power ) and body difficulty .The program was applied for (8) weeks ,(3) training session per week ,and include agility ladder exercise and coordination between hand and eye exercise by using Tennis ball and rhythmic gymnastic ball .The results shows the effectiveness of the program on physical abilities and body difficulty .The researcher recommended to enroll agility ladder exercise and coordination exercise in junior preparation program , variation in training methods and tools especially for juniors to motivate them to make greater effort during training process.
