Abstract

Abstract
The research aims to identify the relationship between the kinetic response time of some attack renewal skills and the mental skills (Omsat-3) for young fencers under 20 years old and to identify the percentage of mental skills contribution (Omsat-3) in some attack renewal skills and predict the level of performance of attack renewal skills with information. Some mental skills (Omsat-3) among junior fencers under 20 years old. This study was conducted on a random sample of junior fencers under 20 years of age from the three weapons practitioners, where the research sample included sixty-eight (68) fencers, who were chosen from clubs ( The Alexandrian Weapon - Sporting Sport) The researchers used the Ottawa Scale of Mental Skills Athletes Tools -3, a device for measuring response speed and performance time for skills in fencing, and the results reached a significant correlation between the movement response time for some attack renewal skills and mental skills (Omsat-3) for the emergence of dueling, and the two researchers recommend the importance of being guided by mental skills (Omsat-3) to indicate the level of mental abilities that characterize the swordsman in the selection and classification processes. And training, employing predictive equations to classify the duelists to a high level and a low level in light of mental skills omsat-3.
