Abstract

The current research aims to identify the impact of a training program on
Development of static and moving balance and shooting effectiveness from different centers in a ball
The researcher selected (40) players representing a percentage (66.7%) of the research community to conduct the experiment, and (16) originating from the research community and outside the basic sample were selected to find scientific parameters for the tests and the exploratory study, and the researcher chose (24) players as an intentional sample. From the research community as a sample to apply the research to, and they were divided into two equal groups of (12) twelve youngsters, one of which is an experimental one that uses balance exercises, and the other is a control that uses the trainer's program and the most important results were 1. The balance exercises program of the experimental group led to an improvement in the physical variables under study For beginners basketball, where rates of improvement ranged between (24%: 55.92%).
2. The balance training program for the experimental group led to an improvement in the skill variables under investigation for the beginners basketball, where the improvement rates ranged between (11.92%: 32.99%).
3. The balance training program for the experimental group led to the improvement of the physical variables in question for the beginners basketball more than the program followed with the control group, where the differences in the percentage of improvement ranged between (8.22%: 37.35%) in favor of the experimental group < /p>
