Abstract

The research aims to use SAQ training in cluster groups and to identify its effect on some physical variables and the level of performance of compound punching groups and the effectiveness of the skillful performance of boxers. In addition, a number of (12) boxers were used from within the research community and outside the basic sample, and they were divided into two groups, one of them distinguished (6) boxers and the other unmarked (6) boxers, in order to conduct polling studies. The most important conclusions were:
1- The use of "S.A.Q" training in the style of cluster groups helps in improving some of the physical variables of the boxers in the research sample, with percentage improvement rates ranging between (11.25%: 33.69%).
2- The use of training "S.A.Q" in the style of cluster groups helps in improving the punching groups and the effectiveness of the skill performance of the boxers of the research sample, with improvement rates ranging between (23.57%: 59.57%).
The researcher also recommends the following: -
1- The use of "S.A.Q" training in the style of cluster groups in the sport of boxing.
2- The necessity for boxing coaches to use training in cluster groups for their effectiveness in skill performance.
3- Conducting more studies in the use of "S.A.Q" training in a cluster group method on other samples that differ in gender and age, as well as in other sports activities.
