The effect of using saku training on some offensive strikes among junior table tennis players under 15 years old.
The research hypotheses were as follows
There are statistically significant differences between the mean of the pre and post measurement in the measurements of the SAKYO index (transition velocity, agility, and special kinetic velocity) for some harmonic abilities and offensive strikes of table tennis beginners in favor of the post measurement of the control group. The researcher used the experimental method, and the research community included (32) youth under 15 years (12-15 years) from the Tanta Sports Club and the Mahalla Municipality Club, and the Tanta Spinning Club who were registered with the Egyptian Table Tennis Federation for the season (2019 AD / 2020 AD).conclusions:

And the proposed training program using S.A.Q exercises has a positive effect in developing the skill variables (some offensive strikes) under consideration. This research recommendations
The researcher recommended conducting more similar studies to find out the role of S.A.Q training in improving the physiological and morphological variables of players in different sports.
