Abstract

Effect of Qigong training on some Physical recovery and technical performance measurement poomsae in Taekwondo

The research aims to identify the impact of Qigong training on some Physical recovery and technical performance measurement poomsae in Taekwondo on a 17-year-old sample formed from (12) players from the July 23 Sports club. They were divided into two experimental and control groups to be the number of one group (6) Players Use the experimental curriculum with experimental and control groups with tribal and dimensional measurement based on parity. The experimental group applied Qigong training for (10) weeks and arrived. The researcher to conclude that there are differences in percentages and impact among the experimental and control group in the benefits of hospitalization rates and the level of performance of the Albums for Taekwondo players under discussion for the experimental group. It was as follows:

 diastolic pressure 5.01% effect size (2.07)
 Mute 19.91% Size effect (5.03)
 Breathing 15.82% Size (1.30)
