Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of using fixed and variable method on the performance level of some field hockey skills for students of the major at the Faculty of Physical Education, Menoufia University.
To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the experimental method through the experimental design that depends on the pre and post measurements of three experimental groups, and the research sample consisted of students of the third year (specializing in tennis games) at the Faculty of Physical Education, Menoufia University for the academic year (2020 / 2021) of (51) Student, and the research sample was deliberately chosen and they numbered (51) students, and to measure the pre- and post-performance performance of the research group, the researcher used physical tests and skill tests for basic field hockey skills, and the researcher used two methods (fixed and variable) on the members of the research sample from the third year students After completing the data collection, the researcher subjected it to statistical transactions to obtain the results, and the researcher concluded that the use of the two methods (fixed and variable) had a statistically significant positive effect on the level of performance of some field hockey skills among students of the third band specializing in racket games. On the first experimental group and used the fixed method, and the second experimental group and the first used Slop variable.
