Abstract

The researcher conducted the study with the aim of identifying the effect of (CrossFit) exercises on some physiological variables represented in (endorphin hormone - systolic and diastolic blood pressure - vital capacity - heart rate), And the physical (the muscular capacity of the two legs - the flexibility of the thighs - the balance), And the level of skill performance of some ballet consistency of ballet practices, The researcher used the experimental approach to design the control and experimental groups, and the sample included (12) practices, The experiment was applied to the research sample for a period of 8 weeks, at a rate of three times a week, at a class time (60:70) minutes, After applying the CrossFit training program, the most important results resulted in that these exercises had an effective and positive effect, with differences in percentages of change rates in the measurements between the two research groups in favor of the experimental group. This indicates that the "CrossFit" training program included many The components that contributed to finding these differences in the direction of the experimental group Which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed program on all research variables - under study -Physiological, physical and skill performance variables represented in some leaps
