Abstract

A qualitative training program using an innovative assistant device and its effect on the level of skill performance on the balance beam device
Research problem.
Through the researcher's field experience in gymnastics training halls, he found it extremely difficult to teach and master the compulsory and optional skills on the balance beam device for female players in different age stages, especially in the voluntary phase of the codified stage under 11 girls, which represents the bottleneck in front of gymnasts and coaches in completing training, and that Because of the inabilityThe female athletes perform the required skills with a high degree of mastery and accuracy, or because of the injuries that follow them during education and training on those skills on the balance beam device.
research aims.
The research aims to design a qualitative training program using an innovative assistive device and to identify its impact on: -
• The level of skillful performance on the balance beam device for the players who are members of the experimental group.
Research hypotheses.
1. There are statistically significant differences between the two dimensional averages of the experimental and control groups in the level of skill performance on the balance beam device and in the direction of the dimensional measurement of the female athletes members of the experimental group.
