Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of using Bulgarian bag in physical education lesson on some physical fitness components for secondary stage
The researcher used the experimental method of the pre and post-measurement design of one group as this method was suitable for the nature of the research
The Sample was selected intentionally and randomly from girls in secondary stage at Nabwia Mothy School, Nasr city. The sample was represented by (2) classe of the research people to whom the researcher teach comprising (20) girls representing 44.4% of the research people
The researcher used scientific references and previous studies, Form data recording, Form to pilot opinion of experts to define best tests of physical fitness components, Form to pilot opinion of experts to define best Bulgarian bag exercises used in the research.
The most important results are the percentages of change rates of the three consecutive measurements for each component in the physical tests under investigation in favor of the post-measurement due to the effect of the proposed educational program using the Bulgarian bag in the physical education lesson.
The researcher recommend using Bulgarian bag exercises in different school year’s levels as it plays a main role in improving physical fitness components.
