The effect of a training program using the Slider device on the development of some special physical characteristics and the level of the motor system performance on the ground movements device

Abstract

Slider training is one of the recent trends that aims to use a training method to improve sports performance in various aspects, and through it, the physical abilities associated with the practicing sports activity can be developed in a way that contributes to the development of physical performance and has the greatest impact on raising the level of players and the importance of these exercises lies As it is a work in which one or more muscle groups participate in order to lengthen the main muscles in the body, and the objectives of the research are summarized in designing a training program using sliding discs and knowing its effect on:
1- Some special physical characteristics, represented in (strength - flexibility - balance).
2- The level of skill performance of the obligatory motor sentence on the ground movements device.
The most important conclusions were: 1- Slider disc exercises have an effect on the development and development of the physical characteristics represented in (strength - flexibility - balance) for female art gymnastics under 9 years old.
2- Slider disc exercises have an effect on improving the performance level of the kinesthetic system on the ground movements apparatus for artistic gymnastics juniors under 9 years of age.
