Search aim: Identify the effect of a program using the contrast training (weight training and bolometric exercises) during the preparation period at the level of ability of muscle for basketball female players. Curriculum used: Where the experimental method was used, using a pre-test/post-test design with two groups: an experimental group and a control group, as this method is suitable to the nature of the present research. Research Sample and Characteristics:The research sample was chosen in a deliberate manner by for basketball female Players at Tanta Sports Club (Experimental group), Mahalla Al Kubra Sports Club (Control group) registered in Al Gharbia and the Egyptian Basketball Federation, and participants in the first division championship for the sports season 18/2019. The most important results: The Contrast Training program applied to the experimental group had a more positive effect than the traditional program applied to the control group at the level of ability of muscle for basketball female players.
