Abstract

The researcher conducted a study entitled “The effect of the inverted learning strategy on the level of performance of the bar sentence in ballet and the special physical abilities of first-level female students in the Faculty of Physical Education in Port Said.” The study aimed to identify the effect of using the inverted learning strategy on the level of performance of the bar sentence in ballet and the special physical abilities of female students The first level in the Faculty of Physical Education in Port Said, and the researcher used the experimental method, and the sample of the study was represented by the first-level students in the Faculty of Physical Education in Port Said, who numbered (30) students and were divided into two groups, one of them is control and the other is experimental, with (15) students per group. By choosing (10) female students as an exploratory sample, the researcher determined (8) weeks outside the school day with two units per week, and the time of the daily unit was determined (90) s. The level of performance of the bar sentence in ballet and special physical abilities in favor of the experimental group, and the researcher recommended the need to use the learning strategy Inverted M in teaching all course
