Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of using Cross Fit training on some physical and digital variables among javelin throwers, through:
1- Designing a training program using Cross Fit exercises.
2- Identifying the effect of the training program using Cross Fit training on some physical variables (grip strength - muscular ability of the arms and shoulders - muscular strength of the abdominal muscles - endurance of force for the legs - flexibility) in javelin throwers.
3- Identifying the effect of the training program using Cross Fit exercises on the digital level for javelin throwers.
The most important results
-1The proposed training program using CrossFit exercises contributed in a positive way to improving (grip strength, muscular strength of the arms and shoulders, muscular strength of the abdominal muscles, endurance of strength for the legs, flexibility) in the research sample.
-2The proposed training program using CrossFit exercises contributed in a positive way to improving the digital level of the research sample.
