Strategies for managing organizational conflict and its relationship to job performance in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Assiut Governorate

Abstract

The study aimed to identify organizational conflict management strategies and their relationship to job performance in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Assiut Governorate. The research sample was randomized by 155 individuals from the research community in order to apply the expert opinion poll form, and to achieve the objective of the current research and to answer its questions, the researcher used the questionnaire and interviews as tools for data collection, and the most important conclusions were that there is a positive and direct correlation between each of the organizational conflict management strategies. And its relationship to job performance in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Assiut Governorate, as whenever there is a use of organizational conflict management strategies, the effect is on the level of job performance. Confronting it as well as strengthening the positive side of it and fading the sides Negativity that may hinder the organization from achieving its goals.
