Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of training in the direction of the anaerobic threshold on some physiological variables and the special endurance of taekwondo players. The study was done by the intentional method from Al-Zohour Sports Club, who are registered with the Egyptian Taekwondo Federation for the 2021-2022 training season, and their number is (12) players above 17yeares old., Homogenization was performed on the research sample in the basic variables (age, height, weight, training age, resting heart rate), and the results showed that training in the direction of the anaerobic threshold leads to an improvement in the physiological variables (heart). Average at rest - lactic acid - anaerobic threshold) for Taekwondo players, training in the direction of anaerobic threshold leads to improvement in physical variables (speed endurance - endurance performance - speed-characteristic endurance) for Taekwondo players, There is a positive correlation between the physiological variables (resting heart rate - lactic acid - anaerobic differential threshold) and physical variables (speed endurance - performance endurance - endurance force characteristic of speed) for taekwondo players. performance and lead to a delay in reaching the anaerobic threshold, thus reducing fatigue and increasing performance efficiency.
