Abstract

Diving is one of the qualitative sports that are specific in their skill requirements. it combine the strength and agility of the body during the performance of dives, as this requires the diver to have control of the neuromuscular system in addition to the good motor sensation, which is one of the most important foundations of good motor performance because it provides the diver with information about the position of the body in the state of movement and has a positive role in the integration of performance and the correct muscular feeling of various parts of the body, which results in the end Good diving performance in its various stages.The research aims to identify the effect of using a longa belt on improving the One and Half Somersault with a Full Twist for Divers, The researcher used the experimental approach by designing the same experimental group with pre- and post- measurement in order to suit the nature of the research. The researcher selected the research sample by deliberate method from the diving juniors (group C from 13:12 years) of Gezira Sporting Club year (2019/2020) registered with the Egyptian Swimming Federation and their number of (15) diver.the results: Drills using the trampoline and longa belt have a positive effect on improving both the special physical elements and also the skill performance of the chosen dive and also the higher rates of improvement in the skill performance of the divers and achieving better levels in the diving competitions and the chosen dive.
