Abstract

The research aims to investigate the effect of aqua cardio training on muscular endurance, functional efficiency and scoring in 400m free style swimmers. The sample included 20 Intentional swimmers of 400 M free style from the middle of the delta region, from the age groups under (14-15) years and registered with the Egyptian Swimming Federation season 2020/2021., They were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other a control, each of which amounted to 10 swimmers. Homogeneity was carried out on the research sample in the basic measurements (age, height, weight, training age), as well as making parity between the two research groups (experimental - control) in the basic variables. And muscular endurance tests, functional efficiency variables, and scoring level are under investigation, The most important results indicated that the use of Aqua Cardio exercises had a positive effect and improved ratios between the tribal and remote measurements in sake of the dimensional measurements on the muscular endurance tests, and the functional efficiency variables (absolute oxygen consumption rate, maximum relative oxygen consumption, oxygen pulse, heart rate after exertion). , respiratory rate, pulmonary ventilation, vital capacity) and the numerical level of the 400 M free style are under investigation
