Abstract

The research aimed to identify the effect of small games on some perceptions of sensorimotor and digital level for beginner quadrants from 10 to 12 years old.The researcher used the experimental method, using the experimental design of two groups, one experimental and the other control.

The research community was selected from beginners from 10 to 12 years in weight lifting who are trained in Nasiriyah Sports Club, they were chosen in a deliberate way, their number was 16 players, they were divided into two groups, one of them is an experimental group of 8 players and the other is a control group of 8 players. And the proposed mini-games program was applied to the experimental group, while the (traditional) training program was applied to the control group.

To collect the data, the following tests were used (perception of exerted force, perception of distance, dynamic balance, perception of time), snatch test and jerk lift test. The proposed training program for small games was applied to the experimental group from Wednesday 6/4/2022 to Wednesday 1/6/2022, during the general preparation period in the preparatory part of the training units.

It was concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the post-measurement of the group (experimental and control) in the special physical abilities under research, snatching lift, kleen and jerk lift, in favor of the experimental group.
