The research aims to identify the effect of visual vision exercises on some visual abilities and the skill of the crushing strike in volleyball. The researcher used the experimental approach for its suitability to the nature of the research. And a control group of (10) young women and a reconnaissance group of (12) emerging from outside the research sample and from the research community and registered in the Egyptian Federation of Volleyball and applied to them tests of visual abilities and the test of the crushing blow in volleyball, and they were chosen in a deliberate way, and their ages ranged from (13 -14 years ,The visual vision exercises were applied to the experimental group and the traditional exercises by the trainer on the control group for a period of (6) weeks, at the rate of (3) training units per week, i.e. (18) training units. The researcher used the selected visual abilities tests and the diagonal and step crushing test. To the researcher: The proposed visual vision exercises have a positive effect on visual abilities and skillful performance of the smash hit in volleyball.
