Psychological skills and their relationship to digital achievement among long jump players Under 18 years

Abstract

The current study aimed to try to identify the relationship between psychological skills and digital achievement among long jumpers under the age of 18 years. Under 18, numbering (65) male and female players as a basic sample, with a percentage of (65.00%), and an exploratory sample was chosen from the same research community and from outside the basic research sample of (30) male and female players with a percentage of (30.00%). (5) players were excluded with a percentage of (5.0%) because they did not complete the research data, and one of the most important results reached by the researcher was that is a direct statistically significant correlation between all The dimensions of the psychological skills scale and the digital achievement of the long jump players under study, and the order of the psychological skills that contribute to the digital achievement of the long jump players under research as follows:

A - the skill of self-confidence in the first order.

B - the skill of mental readiness in the second order.

C - the ability to face anxiety in the third rank.
