The effect of rebounding exercises using the rhythmic mini trampoline on some physical and physiological variables of the 1500m race

Abstract

The current study aimed to try to identify the effect of rebounding exercises using the rhythmic mini trampoline on some physical and physiological variables for the 1500m race, where the researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of this research. The researcher also selected the research sample in a deliberate way from the 1500m runners who ran in some sports clubs in Minya Governorate and who are registered with the Egyptian Athletics Federation, where they numbered (6) players as a basic sample with a percentage of (60.00%), and an exploratory sample was chosen from the same research community, but From outside the main research sample, which amounted to (4) players with a percentage (40.00%), and one of the most important results reached by the researcher was that trampoline exercises have a positive effect on the level of some physical and physiological variables of the 1500m runners under study, and this is evident through The differences between the results of the average ranks of the pre and post measurements of the physical and physiological tests under study.
