Abstract

The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the seven-learning cycle (7 E'S) supported by the (Microsoft Teams) program to improve the level of some types of shooting in basketball for the fourth year students (basketball specialization) at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls. Zagazig University. The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (40) Female students were divided into two groups. one experimental and the other a control group. each consisting of (20) female students. in addition to (10) female students for the exploratory sample.

Among the research tools: Physical tests - skill tests - the proposed educational program using the seven-year learning course (7 E'S) supported by (Microsoft Teams).

The researcher used the following statistical methods: Arithmetic mean - standard deviation - median - skew coefficient - simple correlation coefficient - t-test.

Among the most important results:

1-The use of the seven-learning course supported by (Microsoft Teams) program positively affects the improvement of the level of some types of shooting in basketball (forward shooting - side shooting - free throw - shooting from the bottom of the basket - triple shooting) for members of the experimental group.

2- The program followed (verbal explanation and practical model performance) contributed to improving the level of some types of shooting in basketball for members of the control group.

3- The experimental group. which applied the seven-course learning course supported by (Microsoft Teams) program. outperformed the control group in the level of some types of shooting in basketball.
