Abstract

The training of young people, especially in gymnastics (which is one of the sports with distinguished skillful performance), begins at the age of between 5-7 years, because it has been proven that the best age reached by players to international levels is between (15-17 years) for women, and between (18-20 years). ) for men, and that the athletic achievement in the gymnastics activity is of a complex nature, as the success of the player in training to reach high levels can be guaranteed as the youth grows during the training stage in all the qualities that lead him to achieving the level and their reflection on the player as the period lasts, and the following points are guided in Selection (heredity - biological age), where inheritance represents height and limb length, as well as some motor characteristics such as (speed, compatibility), biological age: where it is an accurate guide in determining biological age and development
