Abstract

The aim of the current research is to find out the work of an analytical study of endurance and fatigue index of the top teams of the Premier League for women's volleyball. Using the descriptive approach, a test (4x15) was used, 4 groups in 15 seconds, intermittent jumping, to measure endurance, and a 30s continuous jumping test, to measure the fatigue index. The tests were conducted for 3 days for each team as follows: The first day took anthropometric measurements, the second day In which the 4x15 test was applied, and the third day in which the 30s continuous jump test was applied, The results showed that the value of (q) for carrying capacity was (6.345) with a level of significance (sig) (0.01), which is less than (0.05), which indicates that there are statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) between the four research groups, and it also indicated that there are Statistically significant differences between the arithmetic mean of Al-Ahly club and each of (Sporting, Shooting, and Wadi Degla clubs) in endurance, where the difference value was (2.33750*, 2.63500*, 4.31917*), and the level of significance (Sig) was (.024), (.011). , (.000) was in favor of Al-Ahly Club, and the results of the variance analysis showed that the value of (q) in the fatigue index variable was (0.622), with a level of significance more than (0.05), which indicates that there are no statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05). between the four teams.
