The relationship of psychological flow levels with psychological exhaustion among young people in some self-defense sports

Abstract

The research aims to identify the level of psychological flow and its relationship to psychological exhaustion among the youth of some combat sports, and the basic research sample was chosen by the intentional method and its strength was (173) youth representing (46.63%) of the total research community, and (50) youth were chosen to conduct the study The survey and what it includes from the scientific transactions of the standards used in the research from within the research community and outside the basic sample, and Table (1) shows the classification of the community and the research sample. , boxing, taekwondo) with a low level of psychological flow under discussion, youngsters of some combat sports in Baghdad - Iraq (Karate, wrestling, boxing, taekwondo) feel a high level of psychological exhaustion under study, there is an inverse relationship between psychological flow and psychological exhaustion among young people of some combat sports in Baghdad - Iraq (Karate, wrestling, boxing, taekwondo), the research sample.
