Abstract

Summary of the research :
The importance of this research lies in the fact that it is one of the scientific attempts that serve the sports field, especially kayak sports. And directing the attention of those in charge of kayak sports to the importance of upgrading and improving the digital level of young people in the kayak sport sector during the training process.
This research aims to identify the effect of balance exercises on improving the digital level for a distance of 200 meters for beginners of the kayak. Exploratory. In light of the results reached by the researchers and based on the conclusions, the researchers recommend the following:
1. Using alternative tools in teaching kayak, whether on land or water, because of its positive effects
2. The trainers link between the types of balance, whether fixed or mobile (in the proposed exercises, given the importance of the element of balance and its impact on the digital performance of the kayak starter.
3. Introducing balance exercises with their difficulties, starting with the player's body only on fixed surfaces, then with tools on unstable ground, then with tools on unstable ground with resistance, in the balance training of young kayak players.
4. A study of the effect of the degree of balance of the kayak beginner and its role in improving the digital level.
5. Another research work on a new sample of young adults to confirm this research.
