Abstract

The aim of the research is to use integrative psychological therapy In improving the psychological and social adjustment of children with Down syndrome, the research community represented children with Down syndrome in the city of Mansoura, Dakahlia Governorate, who were registered with the health of the first Mansoura in the age group between (8: 12) years, and their number was (47) children, and the number (17) children were chosen randomly As a basic sample, (2) children were excluded because their parents did not commit to participating in the research application, so that the actual number of children became aware The main research structure (15) children representing (31.91%) and participating in the swimming activity in the Club (Sports Dialogue and the Rose Island Club Center for the Care of People with Special Needs). Also, (12) children were selected from within the research community and outside the basic sample to conduct the exploratory study, and the most important research tools were The researchers designed a measure of psychological and social adjustment for children with Down syndrome. The most important results were that the proposed program of integrative treatment had a positive impact on improving the psychological and social adjustment of children with Down syndrome.
