Abstract

The research aimed to identify the differences between the effect of using each of the methods of mixed training (25% weights - 75% plyometer) and mixed training (75% weights - 25% plyometry) on the physical variables and the level of performance of the skill of circular pronation to stand on the hands on the parallel device for gymnasts, and the researcher used the experimental approach on a sample of (18) junior gymnastics under (15) years were divided into two experimental groups. The first experimental group used (25% weights - 75% plyometry), and the second experimental group used (70% weights - 25% plyometrics) The strength of each of them (9) junior gymnastics,

Among the most important findings:

- The mixed training methods (25% weights - 75% plyometres) (the first experimental group) and the mixed training method (75% weights - 25% plyometric) (the second experimental group) have a positive effect statistically at the level of (0.05) On the physical variables and the level of performance of the circular pronation skill to stand on the hands on the parallel device for gymnasts under (15) years.

- outperform the first experimental group on the second experimental group in the rates of improvement of the measurement of the distance from the tribal in the physical variables under research and the level of performance of the skill of circular pronation to stand on the hands on the parallel device for gymnasts under (15) years.
