Abstract

The research aimed to determine the reality of both Transcendental Leadership and Organizational Immunity and the degree of contribution of leadership that contributes to enhancing organizational immunity in the Directorate of Youth and Sports.
One of the most important conclusions is the availability of values, attitudes, behavior, and spirituality (moral highness) in a high degree, and according to the relative weight, the values and attitudes axis came in the first rank with a percentage of 83.15%, and the behavior axis came in the second rank with a percentage of 82.3%, and the spirituality axis (moral elevation) came in the third and last rank with a percentage of 79.3%. The availability of organizational memory and organizational DNA was high, while the availability of organizational learning was moderate, and according to the relative weight, the organizational DNA axis came in the first rank with a percentage of 82.2%, the organizational memory axis came in the second rank with a percentage of 77.6%, and the organizational learning axis came in the third and last rank with a percentage of 74.6% within Axes of the regulatory immunity questionnaire.
With the sum of the relative weight of each of the axes of the two questionnaires, it was concluded that the availability of sublime leadership was highly available with a relative weight of (81.5%), and the availability of organizational immunity was high with a relative weight of (78.13%).
