Abstract

Movement expression is one of the ways through which the individual breathes for himself and expresses his desires and ideas. It also helps in the formation of personality and the development of innovation. There are many types of movement expression, and they differ according to their nature and goals, some of which are old and modern, including individual, bilateral, quartet and group, and in which the easy one can be exercised by any individual and the difficult one. It needs certain standards and special motor skills such as (ballet - modern innovative dance - folk dance).
Ballet is one of the high-level theatrical arts and expresses a realistic or imaginary idea using high physical abilities to express the idea using various artistic elements, for example (music - decoration - lighting - clothes). Ballet skills differ from other types of motor expression, which are (jumping - spinning Bending - extending - lifting - sliding - jumping).
The research aims to design a qualitative training program in the light of season skill in order to identify its impact on:
1- The level of physical capabilities of the Sisson skill for the research sample individuals.
2- The level of skillful performance of the Sisson skill for the experimental group.
