3. The experimental method was used using the method of pre and post measurements on an experimental group
one. A deliberate sample of kickboxing players was selected at Al-Nasr Youth Center under 20 years old, as they reached (10) players for the 2018/2019 training season. The training program was applied to the research sample during the period from Saturday 2/16/2019 to Wednesday 5/8/2019 at the Youth Center Victory for 12 weeks, with 3 training units per week.

The most important results of the research reached
1- The effectiveness of the training program based on biomechanical analysis in improving some physical variables of the three punches of kickboxing players.
