Psychological disorders and their relationship to the quality of life of practices and non-practices of sports activity in menopause

Abstract

The research aims to identify The role of sports practice in reducing the psychological disorders and improving the quality of life for women in the age of laughter , the researcher used the descriptive approach, the researcher selected a random sample of (340) women who practice and do not practice sports activity in Alexandria Governorate, which are over 40 years old, the scale of mental disorders was designed for women in the age of light, using the quality of life scale for women in the age of light prepared by Amani Tarawneh "2021,The results resulted in statistically significant differences for the psychological disorders faced by women at the age of light between practices and non-practices of sports activity.There are statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life for women of the age of light between practices and non-practices of sports activity, and there is a statistically significant inverse moral relationship between the axes of the psychological disorders scale and the axes of the quality of life scale for women practicing sports activity, The existence of a statistically significant positive significant relationship between the axes of the psychological disorders scale and the axes of the quality of life scale for women who do not practice sports activity.
