An educational program using the generative model and its effect on mental flexibility and some advanced skills in tennis

Abstract

The research aims to design an educational program using the generative learning model and to know its effect on mental flexibility and some advanced skills in tennis, represented in (the front smash _ the front slam _ the front volley _ the forehand) for the students of the third year specializing in racquet games at the Faculty of Physical Education for girls, Zagazig University,The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of (40) female students from the third year of the Faculty of Physical Education, Girls of Zavazeeq University, and they were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other a control group, each of (20) female students. The statistical treatment tools were represented in the arithmetic mean _ standard deviation _ median _ torsion coefficient _ test _ correlation coefficient, and the most important results were that the use of the generative learning model has a positive effect on mental flexibility and learning some advanced skills under discussion in tennis,And the superiority of the members of the experimental group (generative learning model) over the members of the control group (learning method by commands) in the dimensional measurements of mental flexibility and learning some advanced skills in tennis under discussion. And the need to modernize the traditional university learning environment into a constructive environment through its material and moral components.
