Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of cross fit training on some physical variables and the digital leve شىيlskill level of hammer throw juniors,through the physical variables(muscle strength of the two legs strength distinguished by speed for the arms ,agility,compatibility,flexibility balance) and the level of achievement skillful and digitalThe researcher used the experimental approach with a pre and post design using two groups one experimental and the other controlled, due to its suitabilityto the nature of the research sample amounted to10juniors and the number of the survey sample was10playersThe researcreached the following conclusionsCross Fit have a positive effect on improving the elements of physical andlevel of performance whether it is skill or digital for the hammer competition fitness for the experimental group compared to the control group that used specific exercises toimprovement in the elements of physical fitness in a comprehensive manner, but with improvement rates as follows in the physical level, so we find that broad jump with an improvement rate 7.46%throwing a medicine ballwith an improvement rate4.52running zigzag with an improvement rate6.89%jumping inside the numbered circleswith an improvement rate12.86%touching the wall before with an improvement rate 25.35%standing on the balance beam) with an improvement rate 22.14%The skill level of the experimental group improved compared tocontrol group that used qualitative exerciseswith mprovement rates as follows forweights with an improvement 50%rotations with improvement rate of 53% throwing with improvement rate of 55%balanceWithimprovement rate of 54.29%numericallevel oftheexperimental group improved from thecontrol group that used qualitative exerciseswith improvement rates as follows9.5%
