Abstract

Swimming is one of the sports that require high effort in the shortest possible time, which leads to the swimmer feeling tired as a result of deficiencies in some vital organs.
To improve the digital level and improve performance, scientists have proven that people adapt to different effects depending on the activity they engage in.
There are many auxiliary tools and devices that have spread recently that can be used to help develop the elements of physical fitness related to skills, and each of these tools has its own character and effect. An effective teaser, from this point of view, the researcher used one of the modern aids that she believes is expected to raise the level of private fitness, which is the Bose Ball pneumatic hemisphere device.
The air hemisphere device is considered a training device for balance, strength, ability, and improving the heart and blood vessels. It is a hemisphere on a flat base with a diameter of 55 cm. It is used on both sides, whether the semi-circular face or the flat face. It is equipped with two resistance ropes on both sides of its base. Its length is 60 cm. Its maximum length is 120 cm, corresponding to a weight of 7 kg.
Accordingly, the researcher used the method of aerobic text ball resistance as a training tool to improve the level of physical fitness of female swimmers in an attempt to improve the physical and numerical level of female swimmers.
