Abstract

The research aims at an educational program using interactive video to improve the performance level of breaststroke swimming for beginners. The researcher used the experimental approach in the experimental design of the two groups, one experimental and the other a control one due to the suitability of this approach to the nature of the research, provided that the measurement used is before and after on a deliberate sample of swimming buds born in 2012 AD, and adults The number of the main sample is 50 buds.

The researcher recommends spreading awareness of the importance of employing interactive video in the educational process by the Swimming Federation, as well as the need to hold training courses for swimming teachers and coaches on how to employ interactive video in the educational process in particular and the rest of the various sports activities in general.
