Abstract

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the effect of using some virtual applications on self-confidence among students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University, and the experimental approach was used by experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other control, on a deliberate sample of (40) students who were divided into two equal groups of (20) students from among the students of the second year, and virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), augmented reality (MR), and hologram technology were used. Applying a measure of self-confidence to the research sample in the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023 AD), and the virtual applications program was implemented on the experimental group for a period of two months and one week at a rate of (17) units two units per week at the time of one unit (45) s, and the most important results showed that the use of virtual applications has a positive impact on self-confidence, as it turned out that the percentage of improvement in self-confidence using virtual applications has a positive impact on the level of self-confidence on the group's students. empirically, where it turned out that the percentage of improvement in self-confidence (27.059%), The research recommends providing devices and tools that support the use of virtual applications within the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Helwan University, to produce active educational programs using virtual applications in theoretical and applied courses.
