Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the effect of static and dynamic balance exercises on the level of physical fitness (flexibility, ability, balance, compatibility) and the level of technical performance of the free sentence in the rhythmic exercises of the students of the third year. Al-Amdia is one of the female students of the third year at the Faculty of Physical Education, Helwan University, for the academic year 2021/2022, whose number is (50). and the level of technical performance in favor of the telemetry,There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the pre and post measurements of the control group in the level of physical fitness (flexibility, ability, balance, compatibility) and the level of technical performance in favor of the post measurement. , balance, compatibility) and the level of technical performance in favor of the experimental group, and one of the most important recommendations was to pay attention to the use of static and dynamic balance exercises during the training of percussive exercises and to conduct more studies on the effect of using them on the level of technical performance in other age stages as well as among juniors, players and other sports activities.
