Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of an educational program using pivot exercises on some physical and skill abilities in the physical education lesson for middle school students.
1. There are statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement of the control group in physical abilities and the level of some motor skills in the physical education lesson in favor of the post-measurement.
2. There are statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and the post-measurement of the experimental group in physical abilities and the level of some motor skills in the physical education lesson in favor of the post-measurement.
3. There are statistically significant differences between the two post-measurements of the control and experimental groups in physical abilities and the level of some motor skills in the physical education lesson in favor of the experimental group.
body axis:
It is the group of bones of the lumbar region of the spine, the pelvis, the hip joints, and all the soft tissues (muscles and ligaments) related to and close to it.
Pivot exercises:
They are integrated and multi-level movements (horizontal / sagittal / vertical) based on acceleration, stabilization and deceleration in order to improve the central strength of the spine and the middle of the body in addition to improving muscular and nervous efficiency
