Abstract

Preparing training programs for people of determination with kinetic disabilities requires not only the expertise of the trainers to take into account the individual differences between the contestants and to determine the special physical abilities; Rather, it must extend to identifying the parts, limbs, and connections of the body of the contestant and the working muscles during the performance, so the coach of these classes must have a great deal of knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and biomechanics to develop training programs to try to identify weaknesses in previous training programs and choose means of correction. Suitable for upgrading all aspects of levels to the highest levels, as permitted by their capabilities.
The research aims to identify the percentages of muscle contribution to the performance of the athlete club throw F52, and the effect of the training program in the light of the muscle contribution percentages to the performance of the F52 throwing competitor, The researcher chose the research sample by the intentional method of the movement disabled for the category F52 men - sitting from the Will and Challenge Club, Directorate of Youth and Sports, and he is the champion of the Republic among men for throwing the F52 scepter, and one of the most important results is that the application of the training program that targeted the working muscles And the proportions of its contribution led to the development of muscular power and the improvement of the digital level to athlete club throw F52 men.
