Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the reality of empowerment practice among managers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Menoufia Governorate, where the researcher used the descriptive approach in its survey method. The sample was selected in a random way. The total Sample Reached (160) sports specialists in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Menoufia Governorate by (30) sports specialists as a survey sample from the researcher community and outside the basic sample working in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Menoufia Governorate,(130)sports specialist as the main sample .to obtain data ,the researcher bulit a questionnaire form designed by the researcher as a tool for data collection .one of the most important result reached by the researcher in this study is that the empowerment of managers in the directorate of youth and sports in Menoufia Achieved to a high degree with a relative weight (88.42%),I am Representated one of the sports specialist working in directorate of youth and sports in Menoufia governorate . I invest most of my scientific abilities and job experience in working in the Directorate. I realize the importance and status of my job. I strive to implement the policies and procedures of my job. One of the most important recommendations is to pay attention to empowerment among managers in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Men.
