Abstract

Aerobic gymnastics is one of the branches of gymnastics, which in recent years has received great interest from all coaches and researchers in Egypt due to its novelty, with the aim of reaching a sporting boom and high form, as well as in order to increase the effectiveness of performance and achieve excellence, coinciding with the increasing global interest in the twenty-first century in developing performance, which requires planning. Sound and organized scientific approach to raise the level of performance of practitioners and bring them to the stage of sporting achievement.

An individual-directed training method that instils self-confidence in young people and makes them confident in their physical and skill abilities and the effectiveness of their performance. It has been specifically developed to target individual differences between (learners/trainees) where differences appear in mental abilities, skills, experiences, learning styles, motivation, attitudes, and In emotional and social maturity.
