By teaching the basketball course to the second year students, the researcher noticed that the students have a problem in absorbing the basketball skills due to the different individual differences between the students and the inability to ask questions during learning and to give appropriate explanations and conclusions for the educational situation, especially with the increase in the number of students in the academic lectures and its inappropriateness. Using the traditional method that relies on verbal explanation and model performance in teaching basketball skills .. which weakens the process of positive communication between students and teachers, and in turn negatively affects the level of cognitive achievement and the ability of students to learn these skills at the required level, which adds importance to the use of the home strategy Thus, the current research is an attempt to identify the effect of using the electronic circular house strategy through the use of the Microsoft Teams educational platform on some learning outcomes (skill-knowledge) in basketball for students of the second year at the Faculty of Physical Education.
