Abstract

The study aims to study the reality of outstanding leadership among physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes. The researcher used the descriptive approach in its comprehensive survey style. The research community consisted of 120 male and female physical education teachers. The exploratory sample was selected by vertical random sampling from the research community and outside the basic sample. It included 30 male and female teachers working in Al-Azhar institutes, while the basic sample included 90 physical education teachers. For all study data, the researcher used a questionnaire.

The most important findings that were reached are that the relative importance of outstanding leadership among physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes is 92.13. This indicates the availability of a high-quality and positive environment of positive human relations between all employees in Al-Azhar institutes. This helps to raise outstanding leadership among physical education leaders and physical education teachers in Al-Azhar institutes.

The most important recommendations that were reached are the need to maintain and enhance the high level of outstanding leadership among physical education teachers. This will positively affect the level of performance and efficiency of physical education leaders and the educational institution as a whole.
