Abstract

Research summary: The research aims to identify the relationship between polymia and body components on girls and men. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The research community represents some individuals from (Females, Ladies, Men) Frequent at Al Ahly Club between ages (18:30) years and the total sample number (325) was of both sexes, and the basic research sample was selected (166) of females and ladies and (84) of men. The researcher also rationed the questionnaire on a sample number (75) At 23.07% of the size of the research community they are from outside the primary sample of the research. The data collection tool was the Polymia questionnaire form (prepared by the researcher), and the results were as follows: • The prevalence of polymia between the sexes.. •

There is an association between polymia and body components.. •

Polymia in women is greater than men..

• There are significant differences between polymia and the body's unisex components.
